Welcome to the myTBayTel Account Page. This site has been designed to allow you to easily manage your TBayTel accounts online.
Registration:
To use the features of this site you must register. Registration can be done in 3 easy steps:
1. Click register in the top right hand corner of this page
2. Fill out the registration form in full
3. Pick up your activation code in the email account you provided on the registration form
Adding Your Accounts:
With registration complete, you are now ready to add your TBayTel account(s). Adding your account(s) is necessary to gain access to the services available. Following your first login, you will automatically be directed to the "Add an Account" page to add your first account. To add additional accounts, Click “Add an Account” under the Accounts menu at the top of the page.
Managing Your Bills:
Once you have registered on the myTBayTel Account Page and added your account(s) you can do the following:
View Your Bill
Click “View Your Bill” under the Billing menu at the top of the page to view your Landline/Internet and/or Mobility bills. You will be able to choose the month you wish to view.
Pay Your Bill
Click “Pay Your Bill” under the Billing menu at the top of the page to pay your Landline/Internet and/or Mobility bills. You will be required to select your payment option when you click “Pay”. This is a secure site.
Subscribe to E-Bill Service
E-Bill is an environmentally-friendly and convenient alternative to receiving your monthly paper TBayTel bill(s). Once you sign up for E-Bill service you will receive one final paper bill. From that point onward you will receive your bill(s) electronically and a notification will be sent to your requested email address when new bills are available to be viewed.
