Profile Information (ALL fields are required)
User Name: Enter a User Name
First Name: Enter a First Name
Last Name: Enter a Last Name
Email Address: Enter a vaild Email Address
Contact Number: Enter a Phone Number
Postal/ZIP Code: Enter a Postal/ZIP Code
  Password
Password: Enter a password for this user
6 character minimum
Confirm Password: Re-Enter the password to confirm you typed it correctly

Step 1    Provide your profile information.
To get the process started, fill in your profile information in the fields to the left and click register.

Note: All fields are required. The email address you provide must be valid as a confirmation email will be sent to it.
Step 2    Check your email.
Once all of your information has been successfully submitted, check the email account provided in Step 1. An email containing a confirmation link will have been sent to you. Click the confirmation link and enter the verfication code provided to you in the email. Your registration is now complete.
Step 3    Provide your account information.
You are now ready to add your TBayTel accounts to your myTBayTel profile. Please refer to a recent TBayTel bill (from the last 3 months) to obtain your Account Number, Bill Date and Total Amount Due information. Once entered, you will be ready to view your bills online.
Note: Membership to myTbayTel is Verified. Once your profile information has been submitted, you will receive an email containing your unique Verification Code. The Verification Code will be required the first time you attempt to sign in to myTbayTel.
